Balloon Kit Questions
What happens if my balloons are damaged or pop while assembling my kit?
Rest assured, our balloon kits include a minimum of four extra balloons to accommodate accidents or any damaged products. We've taken care of the details to ensure your party goes off without a hitch!
How quickly will my kit or box arrive?
We aim to dispatch your products within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days for delivery.
How long can I expect my balloons to last?
While we can't guarantee specific durations, indoor installations typically last around three weeks, while outdoor installations generally endure for a few days.
We utilize premium-quality latex and foil balloons. However, the lifespan of our balloons can be influenced by several factors. Air-filled balloons kept indoors, at room temperature, and away from pets, direct sunlight, or sharp surfaces can last for a few weeks. Outdoor balloons are recommended for same-day use and can only be guaranteed for a limited time due to environmental factors affecting balloons.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No we do not! All sales are final
Balloon Installation Questions
Do you charge a delivery fee for balloon installations?
We do charge a delivery fee for installations located in Hamilton is $20, and $60 for installation.
Do you provide balloon pickup services?
The balloons are yours to keep and eventually dispose of. If you'd like us to handle balloon disposal, there will be an additional charge plus mileage fee or you can teardown yourself at no extra cost. However if something becomes damaged you are responsible for those damages and will be charged accordingly.
